Grant Gold

Grant Gold is a commercial real estate broker with the Dallas/Fort Worth Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate brokerage firms in the country. Gold specializes in retail project leasing throughout D/FW, as well as general retail brokerage. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Gold gained extensive sales and account service skills through his work in television and radio advertising sales. Most recently, he was with CBS Television in Dallas. He also worked as director of business development for NBC Television in Dallas and was director of sales for Clear Channel Radio in Dallas. Gold also worked as sales manager for the Belo owned ABC affiliate, WFAA-TV. Gold entered the sales profession as an account executive with Gaylord Broadcasting in 1992. Honors and Awards The Dallas Business Journal recognized Gold for outstanding production in 2010 and 2011 as a Heavy Hitter, the ranking of the leading commercial real estate brokers in North Texas. Organizations Gold is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Education Gold received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
