I can’t be the only one, right? I simply can NOT be the only one who dreams about chucking that despicably evil alarm clock (aka iPhone) to meet face-to-face with the wall at the brink of dawn.
If it could stop buzzing maybe it would magically take away my responsibility of waking up. I'm just kidding of course iPhones are expensive, so I do the next best thing….. I click the snooze button, stay in the comfort of my fuzzy blanket for five more minutes, and then, after a baffling debate within my mind about whether waking up is in my best interest, I arise from my beauty sleep. Granted my hair may look like a lion-head but let's do not get into that right now.
This usually takes place around four-thirty in the morning because by five I have to be at work. Even though I'm still relatively young, the noun Work describes me down to the T. I have had to work since the age of fourteen, most times juggling a thirty-hour workweek with school and life.
But don’t misinterpret my whole monologue rant to be a segue into how much I don’t want to go into work, because in reality I love working, the rant was only intended to describe how much the human in me loves my sleepin’ time.
Other than being a sleep fanatic, I go manic for a good pumpkin spice latte, anything involving political ideology, entrepreneurship, and furthering education as a whole. With interests ranging between public speaking down to mindfulness, this productive, respectful, and optimistically hard-working student would be a great addition to your team.
And you never know, maybe we might share a chuckle here and there. I've been told I'm quite witty, but I'll let you be the judge of that.
