Dr. Ben Spiger

My interest in dentistry began in high school, which led me to Carroll College in Helena, Montana, for a strong pre-medical foundation. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with minors in Chemistry and English, then completed my dental education at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

Early in my career, I focused on serving patients with the greatest need — practicing at Manos de Cristo in Austin, Texas, a clinic serving the uninsured immigrant population, followed by a year in a government-funded public health clinic in Iowa and two years as an associate in private practice. This experience prepared me for practice ownership.

In 2008, I acquired a well-established Helena practice from Dr. Keppler, continuing a legacy of care first built by Dr. Lynn. I've worked to uphold that same standard of trusted, attentive dentistry ever since.

I remain active in the American Dental Association, Montana State Dental Association, and Fifth District Dental Society, and continue advanced training through the Spear Study Club, focused on full-mouth rehabilitation and esthetic excellence.

Nothing is more rewarding than helping a patient return to ideal oral health. My goal is to meet every patient where they are and guide them back to the smile they want.
