I am an early childhood and elementary education major at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. I also am a member of the Bulldog softball team and a tour guide for the university. In past semesters I have participated in the Women's Chorale as well. I am originally from Sloan, Iowa, where I graduated from Westwood High School.

Some of my past accomplishments while in high scool include: National Honor Society vice president, senior class vice president, captain of my dance, cheer and show choir squads, multiple all-conference awards in a number of sports, and being Valedictorian of my high school class. Some of my accomplishments while at Concordia include: making the Academic Honors List, which includes the top 25% of the student body based on GPA, for the past three semesters. I also was a part of the softball team that went to the National Tournament last year.
