I have friends who live all over the world. I think that I know someone who is living on nearly every continent. I even have a friend who once spent a winter in Antarctica! However, my favorite place to visit my friends is Europe. There is so much to see and do in Europe that I always jump at the opportunity to spend some time there. This is why I was so excited to be invited to the Santorini wedding of two of my friends.

I had never been to Santorini before, so I was very excited. My wife and I found plane tickets and decided to spend some extra time there both before and after the wedding. I have spent a few days in Greece here and there, but it had been some years since I had visited the country.

When we got to Greece, we had a wonderful time. We got there a week before the Santorini wedding was to take place, so we just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves as we toured the country. Finally, we headed to Santorini to get ready for the wedding.

The wedding took place outdoors, in a truly beautiful setting. It was one of the loveliest weddings that I have ever had the pleasure of attending. My friends were ecstatic about how smoothly everything went. I have to say, if I had known how lovely a Santorini wedding could be, I might have held my own wedding there!

After the wedding was over, my wife and I spent a few more days enjoying the Greek sunshine. We had such a good time that we resolved to return to Santorini again as soon as we could. Whenever I think of Greece, I fondly remember the time we spent in Santorini that summer.
