Mixing and researching classic cocktails is a passion of mine. I created The Unripe Cocktail Machine (http://unripe.co.uk/cocktails) for my own use but put it online so others could benefit from it too. Michelle and I have taste-tested thousands of cocktails - good and bad - to decide which are worthy of inclusion and how many stars we give them.

I like to paint with acrylic paints (http://unripe.co.uk/artgallery), cut & paste my head into movie posters (http://unripe.co.uk/movieposters) and play piano and guitar.

I love designing software and coding in C++11, Java, C# and Javascript.

I <3 London and enjoying going walkabout in the city and visting art galleries and museums.
