Hi my name is Greg Ballard, and I am a leadership development coach. As a former lead pastor and project manager in a large religious organization, I’ve also had the privilege to work in several for-profit sectors including banking, insurance, and security.
Professional coaching is a proven process for accelerated growth, as well as a method of overcoming a variety of "blocks" - things that keep us from moving forward. Things like blind spots, fear, and other unconscious habits. My goal is to serve business leaders and executives in their quest to become strong leaders who realize their goals, and strengths to walk in their own unique power.
