I have over 15 years of experience managing IT departments in a variety of industries, including retail, biotech, hospitals and government agencies. I have a firm belief that successful IT management is not industry-specific and that lessons learned from one sector can be applied in another sector with great outcomes.

I am very fluent in the entire Microsoft portfolio; ranging from Windows desktop, servers, Exchange, SQL, and the Office suite. I have designed, led and maintained projects in LAN and WAN architecture, VoIP telephony, SAN/NAS implementation as well as VMWare server and desktop virtualization.
