With over fifteen years experience in Flight Operations, my skills span multiple disciplines including: aircraft maintenance, aircrew, trainer, technical publications, crew scheduling, flight dispatcher, and ATC Specialist. I am constantly learning within my profession, forever a student and improving my skill sets. I am frequently seeking ways to improve everyday tasks, while keeping a focus on the team goals.
My strengths include leading by taking initiative, as well as using humor to diffuse stressful situations which allows colleagues to focus on our #1 priority: SAFETY. I am best-known by my colleagues as "Soft Skills Greg" for my disarming communication style.
Away from work, I love spending time with my wife & kids (and our fur babies), traveling, creating memories together and swimming.
