Leadership in St. Louis, Missouri

I am a strong change leader with a passion for technology and business. In particular technology driving business processes. Often times companies try to tailor software and technology to "the way we have always done things", because it has a huge impact on operational workflows. In my mind this approach is backwards. This is also why many companies and people are afraid of change and have difficulty accepting new technology. Change is always scary. However, if approached correctly, any new technology or software really changes any process that it comes in contact with. I subscribe to the "make keys first and then look for locks to open philosophy." In other words, make good software and technical advances, and then use it to improve any areas of the organization that may be applicable.

Using my background that is deeply rooted in fine arts, I have a unique perspective on problem solving. This is applicable to both technical issues as well as business and operational problems. My ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a profitable outcome has proven to be one of my greatest assets. Credited with significantly impacting bottom-line profitability wherever I have worked, I excel at streamlining less-than-efficient procedures to boost productivity.

In addition, I believe I have an affinity for helping people grow professionally and personally. This is driven largely by my belief that no matter what role you hold in your company, you can, and should, always grow as a professional. I feel very strongly about having a career advancement path and being active towards readying one’s self for the next position. I owe a lot to the people who have mentored me over the years, and have a strong desire to share what I have learned, and what I will continue to learn, with others.
