I’m passionate about self-development and leadership. I have been perfecting my skills for almost 20 years now. I have been blessed to get to know the theory any have a possibility to put it into practice. My knowledge hunger led me to studying 5 different faculties (some of them simultaneously) ending up with Executive MBA title in International Business– so far… I have spent enormous amount of time reading tons of business magazines and self-development books supported by audio and video development programs as well as recently audiobooks, podcasts (when running or driving) – all of this to get better than I was yesterday. Running on corporate treadmill has helped me to verify the theory learned, check different circumstances as I have been leading different teams of people in different companies but also internationally while managing Projects for one of the biggest retail group in the world. I focus on people as I consider them to be THE VALUE which makes a difference on a market of similar quality/price/availability goods. People leave managers not companies therefore my passion helps me at everyday work. Private: Happy husband and father of three lovely kids I'm very proud of. Pretty much into running (especially long distance) and all kinds of fitness activity allowing to stay in physical and mental shape.
