PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Mr. White’s experience in the energy industry is augmented by his background in both the financial and transactional aspects of the business. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. White has held key positions with litigation and valuation consulting firms, energy private equity / direct lending firms and independent oil and natural gas exploration and production companies where he has been involved in all manner of capital market activities including, but not limited to originating, negotiating, structuring, executing and exiting energy investments and directed acquisitions, drilling programs, and other investments across the capital structures of both private and public companies.
