A professional in sales and management, District Manager for Covidian Specialty Pharmaceuticals Gregory Baddick won the 2011 Management Special Achievement Award for his work in sales and team development. Greg Baddick’s responsibilities include the daily management of 10 sales representatives throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Indiana districts. In less than one year, Baddick launched two new specialty pain products and dramatically increased his districts’ ranking. Prior to his work at Covidian, Greg Baddick spent more than 10 years as a business manager for another major pharmaceutical company, where he was a two-time National Pinnacle Award winner and a six-time Annual Stock Award recipient. Baddick also successfully launched eight diabetes, anti-platelet, and hypertension medications, and because of his dedication to his work was ranked in the top one-third of the nation for sales results. Within his strategic account management responsibilities, Greg Baddick commanded an annual marketing budget of $250,000 and garnered over $15 million in sales. In his personal life, Greg Baddick enjoys coaching his daughter’s sports teams, volunteering with the local park clean-up and restoration organization, and working with Catholic charities. Gregory Baddick is a Red Cross volunteer and an animal rights activist who has saved the lives of many dogs and cats. He is also an active member of his local condo association and the Republican National Committee. In his free time, Baddick enjoys biking, fishing, golfing, and running.
