Greetings, I'm Greg Beddor, a professional SEO Specialist based in Portland, Oregon. Having been born and raised in Oregon, I have a deep connection to the Pacific Northwest which remains my home to this day.

Outside of working, I find solace and joy in pursuits such as tinkering around the house, the occasional surf, or snowboarding in the winters, and enjoying the moments with my family, friends, and fury companions.

My journey in the digital landscape began in 1998 when I designed my first website on the GeoCities platform.

Since then, I've been an avid user of most web development platforms. Eventually this progressed into a career in digital marketing and advertising.

In the fall of 99' I started working with the US Outdoor Store, which really changed everything and gave me a platform to illustrate my amateur Photoshop skills, learn SEO for Ski Shops, E-Commerce & HTML.

Over the years we made a good run for it, out ranking all of the competitors at one point.

The competition back then was tough in the outdoor gear sector but we were still able to out rank the best of them including REI, Altrec, Backcountry Store and Moosejaw for many competitive keyword targets.

It was the wild west of the digital age, a new dawn, part of the dot com boom, and Amazon.com only sold books.

It was at that time, prior to the inception of Google Adwords, I initiated my first Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign with Goto.com in 2002, a platform that subsequently transformed into Overture, before ultimately finding its place as a Yahoo Property.

The Overture service in pay per click marketing was best in class at the time, and Google was still playing catch up to get their pay-per-click platform up and running.

Over the years, I have honed my skill sets in building e-commerce websites from scratch, followed by leveraging the power of search engine optimization and marketing to promote them effectively. I enjoy working with local businesses to utilize search, social, & AI to reach more customers.
