As an offical old fart (over 50), I still enjoy pushing myself to the limits. I have worked for Aon for 20 years, and my passion outside of work is my family and my sports, but mainly off road running. I am the founder of the Born to Run foundation, which raises ,money for Type 1 daibetes research. I am embarking on a major running project which is running 250km across 5 deserts in one year to raise $10m for JDRF.
