Product Leader and Entrepreneur
I am a product leader with 12 years of experience in product management, including six years in product leadership roles. I specialize in developing and launching new products, orchestrating successful product turnarounds, and fostering a culture of agile practices, customer obsession, data-driven decision-making, and team excellence.
My recent achievements include spearheading obé Fitness' product portfolio's turnaround, resulting in a remarkable app store rating improvement from 2.4 stars in May '22 to an outstanding 4.9/5 rating by March '23. Additionally, I co-founded and led a digital product-led startup, 'Masters,' to an acquisition in April '22.
Beyond my digital product work, I am passionate about community building. I have co-created Midnight Runners, a global urban fitness collective that has evolved from a local meetup group into a thriving community with thousands of events organized across 18 global cities on five continents.
On this journey, I've met dozens of amazing people who inspired me to do things I thought I'd never be able to accomplish. These include completing a marathon in war-torn Somalia, running over 100k (60 miles) in one day in Central London, fighting in a chessboxing contest, and participating in a number of marathons and ultra-marathons across Europe and North America.
I love mountaineering. Some of my more notable summits include Mt Rainier (4,392.5m) and Mt Whitney (4,421m) in the US, Africa's fifth highest mountain – Mount Meru (4,562m), North America's third highest mountain – Mexico's Pico de Orizaba (5,636m), Western Europe's highest summit – Mount Blanc (4,808m), Kala Patthar in the Himalayas (5,550m), and solo climb to the summit of Mt Kazbek (5,035m) in Georgia.
I'm a passionate traveler. I've been lucky enough to visit over 70 countries on five continents. The most interesting projects included a trip around the world, Mongolia, the Trans-Siberian Railway, motorcycling in Thailand, several months in China, traveling across Iceland, overlanding across East Africa, and visiting all 27 European Union member states.
