I currently serve as the Assoc. Director of Career Services at Portland State University where my mission is to bring career development and job readiness education to as many students and alumni as possible. I believe that career development belongs as a central component of all academic programs and that faculty can improve employment outcomes by encouraging exploration and reflection on career goals.
