I'm the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Time Inc. I joined the Company in April, 2012 and oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including talent recruitment and development, compensation and benefits.

Most recently, I served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Dow Jones & Company/The Wall Street Journal, where I was responsible for talent development, employee engagement, labor relations, compensation, benefits and all aspects of the Company's Human Resources efforts worldwide.

Prior to that, I was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at HarperCollins publishing group for nine years. I also held leadership positions at Hearst, Conde Nast and Random House.

I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees in journalism and communications from New York University, where I also taught communications. I live in Manhattan with my wife and two children.
