Greg is a husband, dad, gospel entrepreneur, and global church planting catalyst.

IN 2016, Greg planted VERITAS CITY CHURCH in the Georgetown community of Washington, DC. In 2020, after Veritas grew to over 150+ people meeting in DC, he passed the leadership to Pastor Dale Sutherland (the former Lead Pastor at McLean Bible Church).

IN 2020, Greg co-founded and now leads a global missions organization called SALT MOVEMENT. Salt exists to partner with local churches to accomplish the Great Commission. SALT does this by training pastors to plant churches to serve the Russian speaking world. To date, he has trained over 500+ leaders globally to plant churches. Salt has 15 partner churches in Ukraine, the United States, and Armenia.

Also in 2020, Greg rejoined the FOOTHILLS CHURCH team in August of 2020 as the Multisite Pastor and leads the multisite strategy and other strategic leadership initiatives. In September of 2021, Greg launched the second location FOOTHILLS CHURCH BEARDEN alongside Pastor Trent Stewart (the Lead Pastor of FC).

Greg has a B.A. in biblical studies, M.Div. in the biblical languages, and Th.M. in leadership studies.

He is the author of HOW TO THINK LIKE JESUS, and three forthcoming books that speak to self leadership, church planting, and tent making (how pastors can also leave a financial legacy).

Alongside of being a church planting catalyst, Greg starts redemptive businesses, non-profit initiatives, and coaches and trains leaders all over the world.

Most importantly, he is married to Grace, and he is the proud father of Cora and Iver. They reside in East Tennessee. He is probably a future bison farmer.
