Gregg Jaclin is a seasoned consultant who focuses on financing, mergers, acquisitions, and securities issues. Gregg graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, and from the Cardozo School of Law, he earned a Juris Doctor. Gregg joined Anslow & Jaclin, LLP in 1996 as a partner after getting his J.D. He remained with the company until 2013. Gregg concentrated his practice on reverse mergers involving securities, emphasizing American firms with domestic operations and foreign-based companies with foreign domiciles. Before founding his consulting business, JRB Consulting LLC, in 2017, Gregg worked as the Partner for Securities Practice at Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein & Blader, P.C. from 2013 to 2017. Gregg Jaclin next started his own consulting business, JRB Consulting LLC.

Gregg Jaclin has represented issuers with venture capital deals, shareholder and other equity holder agreements, and businesses supporting NASD-registered brokers and dealers. To assist in linking customers with finance sources, Gregg has built up a sizable network of contacts within the investing world via these ties. Gregg Jaclin is a huge asset in helping his customers with commercial and financial issues because of his success and expertise in such deals. Gregg has devoted much of his time and energy throughout his career to developing his skill set, building his network, and giving his customers the best service possible. His decades of expertise have helped him on these fronts.
