ACU-PRESSURE ----- Acu-pressure is a Japanese form of bodywork therapy, also called ‘Acupoint pressure therapy’; utilizing rhythmic finger, thumb, and palm pressure, assisted stretching, and joint manipulation along the body's energy pathways or meridians. Often described as “acupuncture without needles”, it aims to balance the flow of ‘Chi’('bio-energy') (or ‘qi’).
HEAT ACUPRESSURE(MOXIBUSTION THERAPY) ----
Heat Acupressure is a Chinese medicine technique involving the burning of dried mugwort herb near or on the skin at acupuncture points to generate heat. It is used to stimulate circulation, boost immune function, and enhance the flow of ‘qi’ (life bio-energy) to treat pain, chronic fatigue and digestive issues.
CLINICAL CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.
