I'm Greg Scott Kirk (Tek).
I founded Paragon9, LLC in 2007 and have been running it for nearly 20 years from Phoenix, AZ. I finished my last degree the same year, because that's what building from constraint looks like. We're a boutique Microsoft Partner that modernizes legacy .NET applications, migrates businesses to Azure, and integrates AI into the systems companies actually run on.
The philosophy behind the work is called Radical Reconstruction. The premise: when a system fails, whether it's a codebase, a business, or a body, the right response is never restoration. It's reconstruction. You rebuild from what survived. You discard what was weak. You design for the failure mode you just experienced.
That framework isn't theoretical. It was built from 20 years of running a production business, two major motorcycle accidents requiring surgical reconstruction, and the kind of personal loss that forces you to find out what actually holds.
I write about systems thinking, founder resilience, and the architecture of permanence at P9Source.com and GregScottKirk.com.
If you're building something that needs to last — let's talk.
