► Corporate Finance / Operations: As project leader, led a 20-person client team in a U.S. human resources & financial services MNC to divest its Malaysia retirement consulting business via a local management buyout.
► China Strategy: As project leader, collaborated with multiple external specialists to create a new China strategy for a U.S. media, advertising and marketing communications MNC.
► Strategy / Asia: Advised Dutch healthcare, lighting and consumer electronics MNC on government stimulus programs in Asia, infrastructure public-private partnerships opportunities in Asia, government procurement processes in South East Asia, and healthcare spending in Asia. Resulted in >US$250 million in new business leads for lighting and healthcare businesses.
► Marketing / Corporate Finance / China / Japan: Advised classic British golf brand on China and Japan market entry and alternative options.
► Marketing Communications: Developed public relations and marketing communications improvement program for leading sports union in HK.
