I am an Assistant City Solicitor in the Collections Division in the City of Cincinnati Law Department in Cincinnati, Ohio. My office is in City Hall in downtown Cincinnati. I specialize in affirmative collections litigation, post-judgment wage and bank garnishment, creditor's rights matters, and Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, and I zealously represent the City's interests in these matters on behalf of its hard-working taxpayers.
