I have spent 3 decades working on Wall Street dealing with the capital markets.

. My Wall Street path started while attending the University of Vermont, while there I was an Intern at the local Merrill Lynch Branch.

I joined Merrill Lynch in NYC in an Institutional area after graduating from college. I subsequently spent 15 years as an Equity Trader followed by 4 years as a successful financial advisor, 5 years in Private Equity and ultimately applied my experience as a consultant.

After 10 years working with some of the finest recruiting and consulting firms I recently embarked on forming my own firm - Teocalli Consulting Group.

My passion is assisting financial advisors in finding the best firm/platform to grow their business and to flourish.
