Graduated Johnson and Wales University, Providence Rhode Island, with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management. Gregory was in the top 1% and awarded a trip to Italy and France for his outstanding achievements. With stints in Alto Adige, Emiglia Romana, Fruili and the Northern Tuscan hills, a career was born.
He continued down his culinary path when the French corridor invited him to memorable hotels and world famous venues including: Taillevant Paris, La Tour d’Argent Paris, and Hotels such as Le Chateau De Bagnois France, the only 5 star Michelin Hotel of Villa Florentine Lyon, France and of course the world famous Hotel Plaza de Athenee.
