I am an experienced executive and a seasoned Life Sciences industry veteran. with over 40 years of business experience I have been chief CEO of several companies, both public and privately held, as well as run global business units of larger companies. I have lived and worked as an expatriate in London, England, Hong Kong, Paris, France and Milan, Italy and speak French, German and Italian. Currently I am President and CEO of Argent International, a life sciences consulting firm I founded. Assignments have ranged from market research to interim CEO in the following areas: biomaterials, cardiac electrophysiology, sudden cardiac arrest, orthopedics, pain management, cardiovascular surgery, critical care, cardiopulmonary, diabetes, general and vascular surgery and transcatheter heart valves. Specific experience in structural heart includes sales and marketing responsibility for mechanical and tissue heart valves as well as aortic valved conduits (including direct selling experience), market studies on atrial septal defects, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) and mitral valve repair.

I chaired the board of PetVivo Holdings for three years and was on the governance committee, was an independent director of i-Lumen Scientific, Inc, for six years and served on the compensation committee and chaired the clinical and regulatory committee and was also on the board of iCalq.
