My work integrates certifications as a strategy, credentials as a solution, and clearances as a service to prepare learners, institutions, and organizations for future opportunities.

With a background in data systems, business development, and program operations, I support schools, universities, government agencies, and industry partners in designing scalable programs.

STEM3CTM is built to bridge the gap between learning and employment by providing structured, measurable pathways.

I collaborate with mission-aligned philanthropies and community organizations, including groups connected to MacKenzie Scott’s YieldGiving.com initiative, to extend access to warforce, workforce, students, and communities that have historically been dismissed and overlooked.
