I have worked as a senior executive, entrepreneur and independent business owner. My core expertise is in aerospace, defence and security. I have also been involved in the music and entertainment industries. I am passionate about airships (blimps) and their future development. I love listening to music and wish I had paid closer attention to my childhood piano and singing teacher. I have also been Skydiving since the early 1980s. I am a Council Member of The Airship Association, used to edit their quarterly technical journal, AIRSHIP, and I am a member of the AIAA Lighter-Than-Air Technical Committee, which I chaired in 2001. I have published a number of technical papers on military topics and on airship applications.
