I am driven by a commitment to public service, regional development, and digital transformation. Today, I lead DIGI-FR, a joint initiative of the State and municipalities of Fribourg, aiming to modernize public services and simplify administration.

Throughout my career, I have built trusted relationships with political, economic, and technological stakeholders, enabling me to turn ideas into concrete initiatives. Previously, I supported entrepreneurship and regional growth in the state (canton) of Fribourg, helping 50+ startups and 100+ entrepreneurs thrive. Earlier, I led pioneering digital innovation projects such as Europe’s first Internet-connected TV, Switzerland’s first low-cost mobile service and local search engine.

I believe innovation should serve people, communities, and institutions — and I remain open to discussions on digital transformation, innovation, and regional development.
