Leading collaborative transformation across public institutions, municipalities and innovation ecosystems

My career has been built at the crossroads of public service, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology and regional development.

I have spent most of my professional life bringing together people, organizations and institutions around complex collective challenges.

I am particularly interested in situations where no single actor can succeed alone: transforming public services, strengthening innovation ecosystems, supporting regional development, creating new forms of collaboration, or helping organizations navigate change.

My role is often to connect stakeholders, align interests, build trust and help turn ideas into concrete and operational initiatives.

Today, I lead DIGI-FR, a joint initiative of the State and municipalities of Fribourg aimed at transforming and harmonizing digital public services across the canton through a shared and collaborative approach. The program serves 119 municipalities and 350,000 residents.

Previously, I led the transformation and expansion of Fri Up, helping strengthen Fribourg's innovation ecosystem and entrepreneurial community.

Earlier in my career, I held leadership positions in technology, digital business, product development and innovation.

Across these different roles, I have remained driven by the same conviction: meaningful progress happens when people and organizations find better ways to work together.
