Gregory Malia

A holistic care provider for patients with bleeding disorders, such as hemophilia, Gregory Malia leads his firm as part of a mission to bring essential services and products to improve quality of life for patients, families, employers, and caregivers. As a person with hemophilia, Mr. Malia considers it a responsibility and a privilege to add to patient life quality with nurse counseling, insurance advocacy, and pastoral and pharmacy services. With a successful record of litigation in discrimination cases against such insurance giants as Blue Cross, Gregory Malia continues to act on behalf of persons with bleeding disorders.

Mr. Malia founded NewLife Home Care in 2000 and created all program development. With the simple, yet dynamic motto, "Live Life and celebrate the living" he encourages NewLife patients to use his company's services to make the most of their lives while tending to their complex health care needs. Under the umbrella of his Live Life mantra, Gregory Malia presents educational series for patients from infancy through adulthood. He educates patients, family members, and caregivers about hemophilia and other severe health conditions in such areas as living with a newly diagnosed child, providing resources for parent support groups, handling stages of education, and entering the job market.

Mr. Malia integrates an entrepreneurial élan and a pastoral commitment to others by starting multiple business ventures and by making pastoral and counseling services available to NewLife clients. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Gregory Malia went on to graduate from the University of the South Theological Education for Ministry, an international Christian theological program.
