Gregory Mikolay

Hello! I am a Senior Oracle Developer with over twenty years of experience in the IT industry. I grew up in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and was raised in a large family. Before working in technology, I held jobs in construction, hospitality, and agriculture, including time as an assistant farm manager. I later earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Technology in 1999. My IT career has included work for large corporations, government agencies, healthcare organizations, and financial institutions. I specialize in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and enterprise database systems. Outside of work, I am a musician who plays several instruments, enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, and work on gardening, construction, and mechanical projects.
