My best work starts with a problem that doesn't make sense.

When quality falls, workflows break, performance shifts, or capable people struggle inside a system that should be working, I look beneath the symptom. I investigate the operation, talk with the people closest to the work, analyze the evidence, identify the root cause, and design a solution that can actually be implemented and repeated.

Today, as Director of Quality Control & Training (AR & Denials) at R1 RCM, I lead four functions and approximately 30 staff while working across U.S. and India operations on quality, operational performance, capability, process improvement, and change.

I design quality-control systems, audit methodologies, performance dashboards, workflow improvements, certification, and cross-functional interventions. I have also developed an original diagnostic assessment methodology that combines stakeholder discovery, scenario-based assessment, competency tagging, and quantitative analysis to identify precisely where individual capability, workflow, and business-process gaps are occurring... and provide the solutions.

I lead complex initiatives from root-cause analysis through solution design, executive recommendation, implementation, and refinement. I regularly present findings to senior executive leadership and lead international change-management and operational-improvement initiatives.

AI is another tool in that work. I help identify practical use cases, develop usage standards and prompt-engineering approaches, and examine where AI can improve quality, consistency, and performance without losing sight of the human system surrounding the technology.

My current operating environment is healthcare revenue cycle management, but the problems I solve are not industry-specific. Every complex organization eventually encounters the same questions: What is actually causing the problem? Is it people, process, knowledge, structure, technology... or some combination? And what intervention will produce a result that can scale?

My approach is informed by an unusual intersection of operations, learning science, and human performance. I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Educational Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University, a master's degree in Curriculum & Instructional Design, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and a credential in Generative AI Business Transformation.

Across more than 11 years in leadership, the pattern has remained remarkably consistent: find the signal in the noise, solve the right problem, and build something that works beyond the first implementation.
