Dr. Gregory Pernoud commenced operations at his oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Festus, Missouri, in 1981 and opened a second office in Rolla in 1992. A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Gregory Pernoud skillfully performs a variety of procedures, including facial and oral biopsies, surgical exposures for orthodontics, pediatric oral surgeries, dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, and diseased teeth extractions. Dr. Gregory Pernoud, a lifelong Missouri resident, attended Saint Louis University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1973. Immediately following graduation, Dr. Gregory Pernoud enrolled at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, where he completed coursework while participating in an oral and maxillofacial surgery externship. Dr. Gregory Pernoud earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1977 before commencing a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, finishing that postgraduate training program in 1981.
