Gregory Silverman

I’ve always considered myself a creative individual. From when I was a child til now I’ve always found that creating things is a great way of expressing myself. In the last 5 years I rediscovered my passion for drawing and have been experimenting in many ways to take my creative talents to higher levels. It is through these experiments that I landed on a style that I call Organized Chaos. My personal style is of an Abstract and Surreal nature.

Most of my work is very spontaneous or in the moment. I try to find ideas and concepts that inspire me to create pieces that are unique and personal. Often I will start a piece with no direction of what I'm trying to make with just a few lines on a page. Then out of nowhere I'll see something in the lines and from that first thought an entire idea will come together. NYC, just like comics, has always had a big influence in my life, which is where many of my influences come from.

Currently I am working towards refining my style and making a name for myself in the art community.
