For the past 5 years, I’ve been a Service Delivery Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients. My responsibilities included leading project teams, addressing reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. I also served as a Project Manager, overseeing projects from inception to completion, recruiting technical personnel, negotiating vendor contracts, maintaining project documentation, and managing invoicing. I facilitated weekly project update meetings to ensure transparent communication among stakeholders.

Before that, I managed the Help Desk and IT Operations. I led a team of technicians, handled escalations, and managed IT operations. My duties included team management, recruitment, talent development, and aligning support strategies with global operations. I maintained a close relationship with the Product Management Department and managed hardware deployments to address design and reliability issues.
