I am a Senior User Experience Designer and Digital Leader. Obsessed with great design, I am passionate about helping organisations differentiate themselves by delivering beautiful, engaging, user experiences that are both profitable and provide exceptional customer value.

With over 18 years commercial experience in both hands-on delivery and management roles, my background spans UX (Research, Design, IxD & IA), Visual Design, FrontEnd Development and Lean/Agile UX-led Project Management; in tier-1 Digital Agencies and Enterprise Software Development environments. I have formed and led many high performing teams (UX, UI, Java & MEAN) and controlled budgets in excess of $50m.
I was CoFounder and Lead Experience Designer at PixelDisco and have founded several start-up ventures; learning a lot along the way.
More recently I started teaching User Experience Design at the General Assembly.

My hands-on UX, Visual Design & FrontEnd Dev capabilities coupled with my Business Leadership, Strategy & Enterprise Technical experience makes me very effective in the coordination of teams & stakeholders at all levels across the organisation whilst taking accountability to deliver business value through being the voice of the user.

I really love what I do and strive to become a recognised Thought Leader for the application of UX & IxD aross emerging fields such as AI, Augmented Reality, VR, NLP, IoT and ZeroUI.
I am in the process of establishing an Experience Design blog and an industry meetup group, to hatch an Australian “ZeroUI” (screenless UX) community.
