Greg Warnock is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with over forty years of experience in building, scaling, and supporting businesses across multiple industries. He is the co-founder and managing director of a growth capital firm that partners with expansion-stage companies to help them grow efficiently and sustainably. By focusing on strong governance, leadership development, and market expansion strategies, he and his team help founders strengthen operations and reach broader markets. The firm has backed businesses in sectors such as technology, healthcare, and consumer services, with reported exits exceeding $5 billion through 2020. His role has been central in driving this success through consistent involvement and strategic guidance.
He also co-founded a platform focused on the food and beverage space, designed to help early-stage restaurant concepts scale effectively. The platform offers operational support, structured investment, and access to an extensive network of industry operators. Under his leadership, several restaurant brands have proliferated by improving unit performance, expanding to multiple locations, optimizing supply chains, and maintaining their core identity during growth.
In the early phase of his investment career, he co-founded a venture capital firm focused on supporting high-potential companies in the tech and life sciences sectors. As managing director, he contributed to the firm’s growth as a leading early-stage investor in the region. The firm eventually merged with another to continue its mission under a new name.
He also served as Chairman and CEO of a publicly listed SPAC that went public in 2023 and completed a merger with a software-focused Brazilian company. This move extended his investment experience into international public markets.
