I'm on a mission to NUKE AGING as we know it. My background as an actor (That's me in "V: The FInal Battle"mini-series shown here) and commercial spokesperson, followed by a long stint as a fitness magazine Editor and Founder of FITCAMP gradually led me into the world of science. I began via telomere biology but Co-Chaired a Think Tank, www.manhattanbeachproject.com, that has helped me take a deeper dive into the longevity movement. My latest book, (co-authored) is The Immortality Edge and it is a prescriptive book based upon telomere biology that takes some of the guesswork out of staying youthful and vital for decades and beyond.
