I love going to the museum, eating, enjoying good wine and bourbon, and I love shopping. While I am doing all of this I am paying close attention to those who serve me. Sometimes the service is amazing and other times the service bad, like being stuck in the rain on a cold and icy night bad. Service is the rent we pay while we are here on this earth.
