Gretchen Rosenberg

One of the founding brokers and agents of the Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek, Gretchen Rosenberg possesses extensive experience in the Denver real estate market. Gretchen relocated from California to Colorado in 1982, and then gained her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

After graduating with her MBA in Marketing, Gretchen Rosenberg held a number of marketing and advertising positions, eventually co-owning and operating a small advertising agency. She also taught as an Adjunct Instructor in the business and creative writing departments at the Community College of Denver. She began her affiliation with Kentwood Real Estate at the time the Cherry Creek office was founded and after having worked in the real estate business for nearly four years.

Kentwood Real Estate has three offices of 170 brokers recently received recognition as one of the top 100 brokerages in the U.S. by the National Association of REALTORS, and the brokers boasted the top volume of sales per agent. The 68 brokers at Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek are considered among the elite of real estate sales agents in the Denver region, and Gretchen has been working to connect home buyers and sellers in the Denver area for over 15 years.
