Gretchen Rubin

New York City

I'm a writer who studies human nature. My latest book, Better Than Before, is about habit change. It's not hard to change your habits, when you know what to do. The Happiness Project and Happier at Home were both about happiness, and happily, were both instant New York Times bestseller, and The Happiness Project spent more than 2 years on the list, including #1. I've written several other books, too, and can't resist adding: my books have sold more than 2 million copies. my books have sold more than 2 million copies. I started my career in law, and was clerking for Sandra Day O'Connor when I realized I wanted to be a writer. I live in New York City with my husband and two daughers. I'm left-handed, red-haired, LCHF. On my site gretchenrubin.com, I write about my adventures in happiness and good habits.
