Gretta Kruesi

Gretta Kruesi is a professional kitesurfer, artist, model and lifestyle entrepreneur.

She is an International Team Rider and ambassador for BWS, the only surf specific kitesurf brand. Their mission is to bridge the gap between surfing and kitesurfing. Gretta has been sponsored in surfing and kitesurfing since 2008. She holds the US kiteboarding distance record at 100 miles, in 2012 was named one of the world’s 10 most influential girl kiteboarders, and has long held the title of one of the sport’s sexiest ladies.

Gretta’s VOG art and wave murals can be found in London, Paris, LA, Venice Beach, Maui and Miami. In 2011 Gretta was named one of LA’s leading female street artists by Lab Art Los Angeles. Her modeling career includes: Lacoste, Oakley, Teva and VitaminA Swimwear. And for the past three years she’s been based in LA doing on and off camera tv, commercial and production work for brands like Nissan, Fremantle Media, Blue Wave Productions, Microsoft and The Weather Channel. In 2013 Gretta was enrolled in the Art Institute of San Francisco for Fashion Design to learn making high end beachwear.
