I am Venezuelan, a son, husband and father of three children, an engineer, who has a Specialization in Political Communication, an MBA from Trinity College and University, and a Master's Degree in Risk Management from EALDE in Spain.
Graduated from the Negotiation Program at Harvard University and the Entrepreneurship Program at Babson College. I completed doctoral studies in Political Science at the Simón Bolívar University.
Trained in management at IESA as a graduate of PAG XVI and several specialized programs in marketing and telecommunications.
I have a Diploma in Corporate Law from Northern International University.
With more than 12 years of teaching in postgraduate courses in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Social Communication and Political Science, I have published numerous refereed articles and given conferences in several countries.
I have Thomson Reuters certifications in Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance and Information Security.
I am a member of the Association of Spanish-Speaking Professionals in Risk and Uncertainty Management (APEGRI), of which I am currently a director.
I have held management positions in private industry and the public sector, and I am currently Director of several companies in the field of consulting and technology, in Venezuela and other countries.
I have been part of the Masonic family for years, from where, with great satisfaction, I have been able to contribute to national and international philanthropic initiatives, and where I have dedicated myself to sharing knowledge and experiences with many of its members.
