Hi We're Diana Welch, Ryan Weber, James Davidson and Carolyn Davidson. The owners of the Grey Fox Grille and Public House in historic downtown Dover, DE. Why the grey fox? The Grey Fox is intelligent and playful and the only canine that climbs trees. It just spoke to us as the perfect mascot for our collective vision. It is also one of the Delaware state animals. Grey Fox, the restaurant, is in a fully restored Victorian home with a gorgeous dining room, meeting rooms, a comfortable lounge and a beautiful hardwood bar.
