Call myself as an gastro freak and foodie, would love to work in gastronomy and believe that good food and eating habits work a bit like a mirror "show me what you eat and I will tell you who you are" :)
I don't have the magic ball but I do have some talent for cooking (and eating) so I should grub it and do something more. Something big (maybe to own my small bistro-network).
Hopefully I will rock the gastronomic world one day....doing my best, trust me...
