The Best Small Concert Venue In San Diego…
We’re not the oldest, most storied or well known venue in town, lots of others are far further along historically. But in just over a year, we have made something really important: a Roadhouse drawing national tours most nights, with concert industry sound and lights, San Diego craft beers and a ton of pure music fans desperate for big shows in a small space.
We hold 241 people, and every one of them can comfortably see and accurately hear the stage from nearly anywhere in the club. We have hundreds of adjacent free parking spaces. We offer sophisticated advance ticketing including online with a small service charge, or box office with none (Monday – Friday 11-4).
‘The best’ is sure to be fightin’ words, and we have a long way to go to convince you, but sight, sound, comfort, and vibe are all provided with the price of admission, so don’t miss another show of a band on the way up from the garage to the sports arena, you’ll kick yourself later. (Band Of Skulls, Vintage Trouble, both played here and the Sports Arena within 1 year, look it up)
And lastly, we admire the Belly Up for its ability to run shows across all genre lines, and we have already done all of it successfully, so whether you love Anuhea, Band Of Skulls, Tea Leaf Green, Imagine Dragons, Augustana, or The Wailers, we do it somewhere on our calendar, which you should be checking often. We are also about 22 miles closer.
And to those of you who’ve been here in the last year, you’re early on this story, and we thank you for that.
