Griffin Mendel is a professional hockey player for the Chicago Wolves in the AHL. He plays defensemen for the club that is affiliated with the Carolina Hurricanes. He is currently finishing his MBA at Quinnipiac University, where he was a part of the varsity hockey team. Before his time at Quinnipiac, he attended the University of Denver for 4 years, where he got a BSBA in business information and analytics and a minor in marketing. In his free time, Griffin enjoys golfing.
