Sarah Griffin (Sarah Griff-Fit)

Sarah is a wife, mother, and slow mo runner. Working full-time as a lab tech and part-time as a second shooter for her husband's photography business, free time is a luxury.

In March of 2013 she made the decision to refocus her life and make healthy living her priority. Her original goals were to get fit and lose the baby weight, but they soon evolved into something else. During the summer of 2013 she made the decision to sign up for the Walt Disney World Marathon (January 12, 2014).

She has since crossed the finish of her first full marathon, tackled her first half marathon, a few 5K races, and multiple rounds of P90X. Through her strong will and dedication she has lost 30 lbs, gained muscle, and accomplished tasks she never thought were possible.

Her training brought her across the finish in early January, but she's not finished yet. She is now focusing on new races and new fitness routines. Currently training to run faster and build muscle she has incorporated P90X3 and speed work into her routine. 2014 will have many big things in store and she is eager to grow as an athlete and fitness coach.

Her goal is to continue to push forward and inspire others to do the same.
