I’m a Seattle-based fitness influencer, coach, natural bodybuilder, and fitness UGC creator. I started my fitness journey more than five years ago to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. That personal transformation grew into a passion for coaching, natural bodybuilding, and sharing the honest work behind a better physique and lifestyle. At 19, I competed at the 2026 Emerald Cup.
